Family Support Center Mission and Vision Statement
The mission of the Family Support Center is to help women, men and children end domestic violence, sexual assault,
child abuse and other forms of interpersonal violence through education, prevention
and intervention services. Family Support Center works to promote individual and
family growth and build healthy relationships.
We believe:
- Everyone needs and wants help and support at sometime during their lives
- Everyone has the right to live in a non-violent world
- Violence is passed from one generation to the next
- Violence impacts every member of our community
- Violence can end for anyone with an open heart and mind
Family Support Center services promote the growth and/or healing of individuals
and families through education, guidance, and support. We welcome, respect
and support each person's and family's need to grow and change in ways that fit
their values and culture.
